We are seeking a Production Manager to support our client in the hay pressing and exporting industry. Based in Avoca, VIC, this team has over 25 years of experience, delivering high-quality products to clients globally.

As the Production Manager, you will lead the processing and export plant. With a strong background in value-adding agricultural raw materials, you will focus on production, efficiency, and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring high standards of production and efficiency.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive production and achieve company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a production management role within the agricultural industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of hay processing and export operations is a plus.

This role is full-time and permanent.
