Position Overview:

• Perform boning operations, adhering to industry standards and company guidelines
• Efficiently use knives to separate beef carcasses into various cuts
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, following protocols and ensuring a safe working environment
• Apply your expert knowledge of beef cuts and portioning techniques

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in beef boning operations
• Physically fit, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to pass PEM and/or Q-fever certifications
• Knowledge of industry standards and techniques

Hourly Rates:

• Permanent position with above-award rates
• Monday to Friday work schedule
• Additional performance-based bonuses tied to production throughput
