Salary: $65,000
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome visitors and contractors, conducting inductions.
  • Manage traffic for deliveries and collections.
  • Handle data entry, monitor payments, and prepare purchase orders.
  • Provide administrative support to the Site Leadership Team.
  • Maintain inventory of office and facility supplies.
  • Direct incoming calls.
  • Coordinate mandatory training sessions as required.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or administration.
  • Proficiency in IT solutions and office software.
  • Experience with Microsoft AX or similar ERP software is a plus.
