You are a qualified butcher with customer service experience and the ability to work as part of a team. We are currently offering opportunities to join our family-owned butcher shops in Burleigh Heads and Nerang as a butcher.
Responsibilities:
- Cut, trim, and prepare a wide range of meat cuts.
- Process carcasses into primary and secondary cuts.
- Pack and display products for sale.
- Operate mincers, grinders, mixers, and bandsaws.
- Prepare marinated meats, value-added, and ready-to-cook dishes.
- Engage with customers, answer their questions, and provide advice on product selection and preparation.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to food safety standards.
- Qualified butcher.
- Customer service experience.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Reliable transport.
This role is a full-time, permanent opportunity with an hourly base rate of $30 - $32 (negotiable), Monday to Sunday.
