This permanent role offers the opportunity to provide hands-on support, collect critical data, and work directly with clients to enhance meat quality standards, all while traveling extensively. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide ongoing technical support to clients in the red meat industry, troubleshooting issues and responding to queries.
  • Gather and analyze data using advanced tools to ensure the highest level of meat quality grading.
  • Install, update, and maintain technology devices at client sites.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure all equipment is operating optimally.
  • Travel 60-70% of the time to client locations for site visits, installations, and on-site support.
  • Spend 30-40% of the time working remotely, coordinating with clients and managing data.
  • Collaborate closely with team leads to ensure high service standards and client satisfaction.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to work outdoors in diverse environments and varying temperature conditions.
  • Ability to handle physical tasks as needed.
  • Be prepared for overnight stays and extensive travel during the workweek.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the red meat or agricultural industries is a plus but not essential.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a QFever vaccination.
  • A reliable car and full open driver’s license are required, as is the flexibility to travel for extended periods.
