Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to red meat industry clients, troubleshooting and responding to queries
- Use data analysis tools to ensure top-quality meat grading
- Install, update, and maintain equipment at client sites
- Conduct routine maintenance checks for optimal equipment performance
- Travel 60-70% for site visits, installations, and on-site support
- Work remotely 30-40% coordinating with clients and managing data
- Collaborate with team leads to maintain high service standards
- Work outdoors in various environments and temperatures.
- Perform physical tasks as needed.
- Be ready for overnight stays and frequent travel during the week.
- Experience in red meat or agriculture is a plus, not required.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, able to work independently or in a team.
- Must have or be willing to get a Q Fever vaccination.
- Requires a reliable car, full driver’s license, and flexibility for extended travel.
