Requirements

• Have previous experience as a Knife Hand 
• Be physically fit and have the ability to conduct repetitive motion tasks
• Confidently pass PEM and QFevered

Hourly Rates
Monday to Friday
Morning Shift  5am - 230pm or Afternoon Shift 2.30pm - 11.00pm

• Knife Hand $29.56 - $33.11
• Learner/Boner/Slaughterman  $30.79-$34.47
• Slicer - one cut  $37.16-$41.62
• Slicer - all cuts  $39.91-$44.71
• On the chain   $42.29-$47.35
